SHEEVAUN MORAN founded Energetic Solutions, Inc. over 7 years ago to bring custom solutions to the individual and business utilizing practical consultative formats and power of the mind, to create health and wealth interchangeably. The company mission is to provide the latest tools, concepts and practices to bring the highest degree of success to the business or individual for the health of the entity. Sheevaun is a consummate entrepreneur and shares her wisdom with her client’s to help take their company to the next level, whether in the management team or fiscally.
Sheevaun had spent 15 years in the corporate ranks from Director of Marketing, Director of Sales to overseeing multi-million dollar ventures. She has been an entrepreneur since she was 11 and has worked with many organizations to help them achieve their financial goals. As a visionary, Sheevaun has developed many of her own proprietary products, authored 3 books and has been featured on many radio and television programs.
She shares a passion for healthy food and has been vegetarian for over 10 years. She has authored many articles nationwide, been on radio and television and has is the author of a book on less stress in the workplace. DARLENE BAERG is a 25 year seasoned business manager who began her career as an auditor with the Big Four accounting firm Ernst & Young. Hot on the audit trail in Canada, Darlene audited organizations in the public, private, and not-for-profit sectors of various industries including a national general building contractor, a national brewery, a $60 M pension fund, a University and various service and manufacturing companies. Developing assistants was one of her joys and strengths; Darlene enjoys mentoring employees into leadership roles. She learned early on in her career to look for opportunities to provide value to her clients over and above the performance of the audit. Darlene understands business issues, commands respect, has maturity and credibility, and analyzes and makes clear conclusions. She consistently provided tax saving strategies, improvements in internal controls, and assurance about the client organization’s major risks.
The most recent seven years saw Darlene managing projects from $155 million to $230 million in Nebraska, Alabama, Nevada, Louisiana, California and Kansas, as a Senior Business Manager. She implemented procedures to successfully recover $6 million from a Client and save the Company hundreds of thousands of dollars in interest. Darlene participated in managing $90 million of subcontracts and major equipment orders.
For over 10 years, Darlene has been interested in healthy eating and has been vegetarian for most of that time. In her corporate role, others sought her advice on how to eat healthier while traveling and living away from home. More recently, the health benefits and exciting tastes of a living raw food vegan diet became her passion. She enrolled in the Living Light Culinary Arts Institute’s Associate Chef Course and learned how to create fabulous organic raw vegan cuisine for optimal health and rejuvenation. In addition to creating a wide variety of gourmet and comfort foods, she learned flavor dynamics, recipe development, and how to plan, organize and conduct culinary presentations. Living Light is considered to be THE premier raw culinary school in the country at this time.
This training combined with her solid business acumen is the key to realizing her dream – Healthy, fast food restaurants coast to coast!
DAVID VOGT is a man of many talents that brings business management to the team. David formed a solo law practice in 1986 after a career negotiating large system contracts with Litton Systems, Inc. His practice included representation of clients in numerous areas, including international mergers and acquisitions, complex business litigation, real estate, import/export, corporate formation and international compliance, wills and trusts, personal injury, civil right litigation, and worker’s compensation.
The passion that David has for art inspired him to earn an LL.M, in International Law from the University of San Diego, specializing in Art Law. He is one of a few who has successfully researched and resolved claims to paintings looted during World War II. He has been representative to artists along with successfully protecting artists’ rights. Because of his passion for protecting artists’ rights David proposed, and sponsored, California legislation extending the statute of limitations to claims for stolen paintings. Articles on art-related subjects have been published throughout the U.S. by David.
Currently, David’s vast experience keeps him involved with a few select law clients, as part owner of a construction firm, and as an independent real estate Broker. David brings Good to Go Restaurants, Inc. his legal expertise in business, employee relations, corporate and operational knowledge of start-up and fast growth companies.
Good to Go Restaurants gives back to the community in many ways that include - The Surfrider Foundation, Habitat for Humanity, World Hunger Fund, local school funds, Animal Rights Foundation, and many others. Each founder participates in giving back to the community in various ways from hunger programs, shelter programs and to contributing to civic organizations.
